READ CAREFULLY

When registering for the Congress be aware of the following:

1. If you have submitted an abstract or you are presenting an abstract:

The system is thought so all actions related to the Congress (that is, submitting abstracts, registering, booking a hotel…) need to be done through the same account.

If you have submitted an abstract or if you are presenting an abstract, it means you already have an account.

To be able to finalize your registration through its payment, you will need to access the system from the same account you used to submit your abstract. You may access this account by using your user and password. If you don’t remember this information you may ask the system to forward it to you.

It is extremely important that you use the same account all the time. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CREATE a new account to end your registration.

2. If you are participating as an attendee - will be at the Congress but haven’t submitted an abstract -.

If you have never accessed our system before, you will need to pre-register through our webpage. This need to be done in the following URL

Once you enter a user (email) and password, you will receive a confirmation email in your email address that will allow you to activate your account.

Once this is done, you may access the system and introduce all your personal data You will be thenable to finalize your registration.

IF YOU ARE PAYING BY BANK TRANSFER

Note that this organization will not in any case and under any circumstances cover transfer fees expenses linked to registrations.

In those cases where it is found that the person has charged this expenses to the organization the registration will be considered as unpaid until this expenses are covered by the participant either before the Congress or at the front desk.
