ADVANCE REGISTRATION
Your registration will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Events included in the registration fee will need to be pre-booked.
Tours, events, and hotel reservations will be confirmed by the travel agency only when requested payment and/or credit card guarantee has been received.

REGISTRATION AND FEES
Congress fees are the same for EAWOP members and non-members, but include a two years membership ( 150€ ) for those who already are or wish to be EAWOP members. Congress fees are shown as a reduced price for EAWOP members, but include advantages of being a member, such as receiving EJWOP Journal, enjoyment of Small Group Meetings and others.
The registration fee for participants and students covers: the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday, admission to all parts of the Congress, Congress documentation, refreshments during breaks (coffee breaks) and lunch. Conference registration for participants also includes two year membership to EAWOP. Students may choose between two different fees: with or without membership.
In order for the planning of the final program to be completed in time for the congress, we ask that presenters register no later than March 15, 2009. Please note that registration by this date is a requirement for inclusion in the final program as well as in the abstract database.
The registration fee for accompanying persons covers: the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception on Wednesday and Tour for accompanying persons. Accompanying persons are allowed in the conference hall but will not be able to enter any of the conference rooms.

Deadline for registration cancellation: April 13, 2009 (money will be refunded after a penalty of 125 € that will cover administrative expenses). After April 13, 2009, there will be no refund.
(*) To make it possible for students to register at the lowest possible rate students are not required to become member of EAWOP. Students are required to provide proof of their studentship with an official document from their university detailing their student status and age ( only PhD Students, undergraduate students and graduate students studying an official master’s degree will be considered ). To benefit from student discount, students must be under age 32. This should be sent to the congress organizers eawop2009@cop.es.
Registration to the conference includes two year membership to EAWOP. Should you wish to attend the congress but DO NOT want to become a member of EAWOP please contact EAWOP’s secretariat:

CONFIRMATION
A confirmation will be sent well in advance, confirming booked events, hotel accommodation, and payment status. This letter has to be presented when you register at the congress.
CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat. If received before April 13, 2009, all fees, except for a cancellation charge of 125 € will be refunded. No refunds will be made after April 13, 2009. For hotel cancellation please see 'Accommodation'.
PROCESSING AND PUBLICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
Due to common rules adopted within the EU and Spain, personal data from the EAWOP 2009 participants may be required before and even after the meeting has been held (to render an account of the conclusions arrived during the meeting, for statistical purposes, and for the dispatch of information on future meetings within the field in question). Your acceptance on the registration form will serve as notification of your consent to this data processing.
