- Deadline for abstract submission: October 3, 2008
- Notification of acceptance: January 3, 2009
- Last date for early registration: January 31, 2009
- Last date for late registration, thereafter on-site fee will be applied, April 13, 2009
- Registration deadline for presenters: March 15, 2009
- Deadline for registration cancellation: April 13, 2009 (penalty of 125 €), after April 13 no refund will be possible
- Deadline for workshop registration: March 24, 2009.
